Zambelis Lights Β2Β Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Zambelis Lights! We are committed to providing a reliable shipping experience to ensure your lighting products arrive safely and on time. Please note that we only accept B2B (Business-to-Business) orders and are unable to sell directly to end users. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be confirmed the latest 2 days before dispatch, and you will receive a notification through email regarding this.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount or for select locations. See our promotions page for current offers.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within Greek Country)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery within 1-3 business days.
- We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, but please allow for any potential delays due to external factors like weather or carrier issues.
4. International Shipping
- Zambelis Lights ships internationally Globally.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
- Customs Fees & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for any fees that may apply.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
- Orders containing restricted items will be notified, and alternative shipping arrangements or refunds will be discussed if necessary.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at info@zambelislights.gr (for local Greek market) and at exports1@zambelislights.gr (for all international customers), within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Responsibility During the Transportation Phase (Ex Works - EXW)
- The company is not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation if the agreed Incoterms are Ex Works (EXW).
- Under Ex Works (EXW) terms, the responsibility for the transportation of the goods and the risk of damage or loss transfer to the buyer once the goods are made available for pickup at our premises.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the transportation, including insurance, and to inspect the goods upon receipt.

Our company is not responsible for any delays in delivery beyond the estimated timeframe, as well as for delays caused by insufficient sender information (e.g. incorrect details or incomplete information). In the latter case, the responsible department will contact the customer directly to resolve the issue promptly.
