Zambelis Lights Return Policy for B2B Orders
At Zambelis Lights, we aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we only accept B2B (Business-to-Business) orders and are unable to sell directly to end users. If you are a business customer and for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, please review the following return policy to help facilitate a smooth return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are eligible only for defective or damaged products, or items that differ significantly from the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product or within the product's warranty period, whichever is longer
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at exports1@zambelislights.gr (for international customer’s) or at info@zambelishights.gr (for domestic shipments), providing your Invoice number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is defective or damaged.
- Once the return request is approved, we will provide further instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- In cases where Zambelis Lights is responsible for the error, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
4. Refunds & Store Credits
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Zambelis Lights will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products, clearance items, discontinued codes, as well as products that have been used or modified from their original condition, are not returnable.
